Cancellation Policy

Reservation length- 2-7 nights- Given 2 or more days notice you will forfeit 2 nights financially and have the additional nights refunded to you through Dockwa. You will have the 2 nights to use at another time in the same season provided there is availability when booking.

IF RESERVATION IS CANCELED WITHIN 48 HOURS YOU FORFEIT YOUR ENTIRE RESERVATION.

Reservation length- 8-20 nights- Given 4 or more days notice you will forfeit 4 nights financially and have the additional nights refunded to you through Dockwa. You will have the 4 nights to use at another time in the same season provided there is availability when booking. IF RESERVATION IS CANCELED WITHIN 4 DAYS YOU FORFEIT YOUR ENTIR RESERVATION.

Reservation length- 21-40 Given 7 or more days notice you will forfeit 7 nights financially and have the additional nights refunded to you through Dockwa. You will have the nights to use at another time in the same season provided there is availability when booking. IF RESERVATION IS CANCELED WITHIN 7 DAYS YOU FORFEIT YOUR ENTIRE RESERVATION.

Reservation length- 41+ Nights If canceled more than 7 days after booking you forfeit the entire reservation.

If you have a confirmed reservation 21 nights or more that you are looking to decrease, the cancellation policy will apply. Please see above for corresponding reservation length cancellation policy.
